The external IP can change from time to time, sometimes it changes every 24 hrs, sometimes you have the same IP over weeks (like you). :)ĭon't mix up your external IP with a internal IP. When I just try and use the port forwarding it does not work. When I DMZ the router firewall it works fine. So I don't pay for statis but essentially it is. My IP is not static, but it remains the same for months at a time.
